INTERIM STRATEGIC SOURCING & SUPPLY CHAIN DIRECTOR
A rapid growing company providing intelligent energy management solutions needed to secure the supply chain of components and production partners. A senior experienced interim executive from Sörläget made a strategic review, secured a new supply chain and eventually handed over to a permanent supply chain manager.

Mr. Westling has a background from both founding an IT-company, management consulting at EY and leading roles in Volvo Group. Business development, customer orientation, efficiency and leadership has always been in focus when delivering successful transformations. During the last years, Mr. Westling has built up an extensive network of experienced professionals and provided Interim Executive Managers. Mr. Westling is also co-founder and partner of an investment company.
Mr. Kuikka is the father of Interim Management in Sweden by establishing the international firm EIM on the market in 2001. Prior employments include such as McKinsey & Co and Swedish Trade Council in Chicago, USA. Mr. Kuikka also established Connect Sweden, a non-profit organization supporting entrepreneurship and start-up companies. During the years Mr. Kuikka has developed an extensive contact network in several industries, in Sweden and abroad.
